Isn't AI an amazing tool!

AI is set to transform how we think and act. As I work through therapy to better understand how I became who I am, I also find it crucial to focus on my future growth. Striving to become the "Best I Can" is a key goal, and setting targets helps me stay on track. If we focus on positive goals, over time, the negative aspects tend to have less power in our lives. That’s why, starting now, I’ll be referencing the list below weekly: "A Guide to Becoming the Perfect Man: 100 Essentials".


The process won’t be easy, because real change never is. But breaking the steps into manageable pieces can make transformation feel achievable. I've set a weekly reminder for Sunday mornings to prompt me to "work the list." If I stick with this for the next year—just 52 times—I believe these new habits will start to feel like second nature. Anything that pushes me toward becoming my best self is worth trying, right?

Here’s how I’m doing it: I copied the results from Gemini.AI into a note on my iMac, then converted each line into a checklist. This way, I can keep track of my progress each week and ensure I’m meeting my goals. I’m willing to try anything that might help me become the best version of myself!
